We can meet for lessons as often as you’d like, it’s totally up to your preference.

Depending on your goals, we typically recommend scheduling your lessons twice a week to get the best possible results.

From our experience, if you take a break longer than 2 weeks, your progress generally slows down considerably due to needing to be retaught material learned in your previous class.

Yes…or at least someone else’s DJ Equipment that you can utilize to practice on regularly.

Even if you practice with my DJ Equipment, it is important that you still practice at home.

Yes! You do not have to have the same brand or DJ Equipment as Jordan.

The skills learned on Jordan’s DJ Equipment can be applied to almost all other DJ Equipment .

We do recommend that your setup include a controller (with platters or jog wheels) and a mixer.

If you are concerned about your equipment not being compatible for the class, please feel free to contact us and ask.

PLEASE NOTE:  Jordan specializes in Serato (DJ Software), however the skills learned can be applied to almost all DJ Software (example: Traktor, Rekordbox, Virtual DJ, etc.)

There is no experience required.. all skill levels are welcomed.

Yes.  After each class, you will be provided with “homework” to practice on your own DJ equipment at home.

Failing to complete your “homework” will make it more difficult for you to learn the next lesson.

The courses are accelerated and it is important that you don’t fall behind.  Don’t worry, the “homework” is fun.

We recommend that you practice at home.  However, if you’d like a “Guided Practice” at Jordan’s studio, there is an additional fee outside of your course.

At this time, we only offer classes to those 18 and older.
